Allow it once and publish the rule. Future requests need a screenshot plus the exact swap before kickoff.

Allow it. A clear timestamp before lock is better evidence than half the excuses commissioners hear all season.

Commissioner ruling needed on a late lineup lock

A manager messaged our commissioner two minutes before kickoff saying the app would not save his flex change. The commissioner saw it after the game began and manually inserted the requested player, who then scored twice. The benched player had not started yet. The request was timestamped, but there is no screenshot of the error. Do you allow it, reverse it, or put the league to a vote?
