I am zero-RB until you pry it from my hands. Load up on receivers early, then hammer running back value in the middle rounds and off the waiver wire. Works more often than the internet admits.
Draft boards are heating up and the running back position is back at a premium in 2026. Guys like Jahmyr Gibbs, Bijan Robinson and Jonathan Taylor are flying off the board early in both PPR and standard leagues, and after roster cutdowns the ADPs are shifting fast. If you are not thinking two or three picks ahead, the room will run away from you.
So let us compare notes. What is your league format, PPR, half-PPR or standard, and how many teams? Are you going running back heavy early or waiting on value at the position? Drop your draft philosophy and the one sleeper you are quietly targeting this year.
