Repeats are hard for a reason, the schedule and the injury math catch up to everyone. On the numbers Seattle's defense was genuinely elite, but the offense lived on efficiency more than volume. Some regression there would not surprise me at all.
It still feels strange to type, but the Seattle Seahawks are Super Bowl champions again, running over the Patriots 29-13 back in February behind an MVP performance from running back Kenneth Walker III. Now the whole thing resets. The 2026 season opens Wednesday night with a Super Bowl rematch, Seattle hosting New England under the lights, before the full Sunday slate lands over the weekend.
So lay it out for the board. Is Seattle built to repeat, or is this a wide-open year? Who is your sleeper team nobody is talking about, and which quarterback do you trust the least in a big spot? Introduce your squad and give us your Week 1 predictions.
