Is a name-brand receiver still worth RB1 prices?

A manager offered me a famous veteran receiver for my steady young running back. The receiver still earns targets, but his average depth has collapsed and his offense spreads red-zone looks around. The running back is not exciting, yet he owns goal-line work and catches three passes most weeks. In a half-PPR league, are you buying the rebound or keeping the boring weekly floor?
