Detroit's defense is taking a beating at the worst possible time. Jack Campbell has been ruled out against Miami after the neck injury that sent him to the hospital following last week's game.

Let's be honest, losing Campbell is a big deal for the Lions. He's a major presence in the middle of that defense, and Detroit now has to figure out how to get the job done without him. The Dolphins may be struggling at 1-6, but overlooking them would be a mistake, especially with Detroit also dealing with other defensive injuries. Dan Campbell has his work cut out for him this week.

Lions fans, can Detroit's defense hold up without Jack Campbell, or is Miami about to catch a break and pull off a surprise upset?
