(Fábio Silva and Konstantinos Karetsas have done enough to earn more starting opportunities at Dortmund, even when Serhou Guirassy returns from injury.)

Serhou Guirassy's injury looked like a problem for Dortmund against Real Betis, but Konstantinos Karetsas turned it into an opportunity. The teenager came off the bench and scored the winner in a 2-1 Champions League victory.

Fábio Silva also deserves plenty of credit. He opened the scoring and then supplied the assist for Karetsas' decisive goal. That connection was one of the most encouraging things to come out of the match.

I'd like to see Dortmund give the two another start together. Guirassy remains an important player, but automatically restoring him to the starting lineup shouldn't be a given if the alternatives are producing results.

The real test will come against teams that defend deep and leave very little space behind their back line.

If Guirassy is fit for the next match, would you start him immediately or give Silva and Karetsas another opportunity together?
